Exchange & Returns

At Hourglass & Co. we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we do not offer refunds at this time. However, we are happy to provide exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Policy

  • Eligible Items: Items must have all original tags attached and be in their original, unworn condition.

  • Time Frame: Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • How to Request an Exchange:

    1. Contact our customer service team at info@hourglassandco.com with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
    2. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item(s) for exchange.
  • Exchange Process: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our exchange criteria. If approved, you will receive a credit to select an alternative item of equal or lesser value. If the desired item is of greater value, the difference will be charged.

Non-Eligible Items

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Items without tags or that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items purchased on sale, final sale, or marked as non-exchangeable.
  • Items returned outside of the exchange period.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for an exchange.
  • If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, we will cover the shipping costs.
