Exchange & Returns
FULL PRICE ORDERS - If you change your mind for any reason unfortunately all bottoms can not be returned due to hygiene reasons, however any top can simply be returned to the mailing address which we will provide you once the return claim has been approved.
SALE - We do not accept exchanges or returns on items purchased on sale or items purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion, unless the items are faulty and proof is provided by the customer.
Please note, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any type of lingerie bottoms. Please check the size you need carefully with our size guides.
Item/s must be returned within 21 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase. Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Hourglass & Co. takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Hourglass & Co.
If you have received a faulty item please email us to arrange a prepaid return postage label. We will replace the faulty item if stock is available or refund upon return.
Gift Cards may not be returned. Items purchased on sale will not be accepted for a return, exchange or store credit. Store-credit do not expire and can be used toward anything on our site.
